Shipping Policy

Three Week Kitchens ships kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets, and fixtures exclusively within the United States. All orders include free shipping at no additional cost to you.

Delivery Timeline

Most orders ship within 3 business days and arrive within approximately three weeks of the order date. Delivery times may vary based on product availability, destination, and carrier schedules. Kitchen cabinets and large countertop slabs may require freight shipping with extended handling times of 5-10 business days before departure.

Shipping Methods

Standard Parcel: Smaller items such as faucets, hardware, and compact fixtures ship via standard ground carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
Freight Shipping: Kitchen cabinets, countertop slabs, and larger items ship via freight carriers. A signature may be required upon delivery. Freight deliveries are typically curb-side; liftgate service can be arranged upon request.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

Damaged Shipments

Inspect all packages upon delivery. If you notice damage to the packaging or contents, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at info@threeweekkitchens.com or +1 (303) 393-1053 with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement for any items damaged in transit.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally or to PO boxes for freight items. APO/FPO addresses are accepted for parcel-eligible items only.
