Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your kitchen cabinets and fixtures. If something is not right, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To initiate a return, email info@threeweekkitchens.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unassembled (for RTA cabinets), and in original packaging
All hardware, instructions, and accessories must be included
Custom-cut countertops or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will ship a free replacement at no cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Warranty

Cabinet hardware and hinges are covered by a 5-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Cabinet boxes and doors are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear.
