People often wonder how much work they will have to put in to designing their new kitchen or bath, and if they’ll have to design it alone. With Three Week Kitchens and One Week Baths, the Project Coordinator working with you will make the consultation and design process as simple as you want, allowing for as much involvement as you care to give. We collaborate with you in your home to determine your needs and tastes, our Design Specialists excel at creating cohesive and beautiful designs that suit you. They are skilled in the kitchen and bath design/build process and will work with you to create the kitchen or bath you have been wishing for. Get deeply involved or let us do the work for you. It’s up to you.

Also, with the current economic climate, Three Week Kitchens, Baths in a Week offers an opportunity for good design that is priced according to whatever our client’s budget range may be.

Our streamlined process allows us to keep our product price points down without sacrificing the level of design that people have come to expect from Debra Toney.

Our team usually has two key people: a Design Specialist, and a Project Manager who is adept at various trades. For most jobs, there may only be only two additional craftsmen. The same people will work on your job from start to finish, allowing us to provide a dependable outcome for you. We use only licensed and insured trade professionals, with whom we have established relationships to guarantee quality and safety. You can be sure that they will treat your home with the utmost respect and will never leave it unattended when you are not there. Clients often wonder if they will need to vacate their home during the process. We created the Three Week Kitchen and One Week Baths business to make sure the remodeling process is the least intrusive and disruptive to your and your family’s life as possible, so you can certainly occupy your home during construction. Plumbing will not need to be disrupted except to the room that is being remodeled. Also, Your Project Manager will create a work schedule, which may include weekends, with which you feel comfortable in order to complete your remodel within our timeline.

Debra Toney began her career in residential design in 1995. She founded her first business, Debra Toney Residential Design & Development, in 1997. Since then, she has won numerous awards for her stunning Kitchen, Bath, Interior, and Architectural designs. Her high profile projects are prominent in areas such as Hilltop, Cherry Creek, Crestmoor, Cherry Hills Village and Park Hill, Colorado. Her latest product offering, Three Week Kitchens and One Week Baths shows Debra’s dedication to continue to produce high end residential design during the current economic crisis and reinforces her reputation as a forward thinker.

Debra has been the only designer in the Western Region to receive two wins for the Wolf/Subzero International Kitchen Design Competition – Regional. The 3 & One cabinet lines represent the same Debra Toney designs that have garnered international awards and recognition over the years—but the design and manufacturing processes have been streamlined for maximum efficiency and a value price. So, you can be assured that you are in capable hands for your kitchen or bath remodel.

Our cabinetry is designed and produced by Debra Toney, and our entire company is locally run, leaving the remodel process completely within our control while supporting our local economy. Because our company is entirely local, this reduces our carbon footprint significantly in the way of material shipping. Just one container ship traveling one mile produces NOx emissions equaling 25,000 cars traveling the same distance. NOx emission causes air pollution which contributes to the onset of global warming as well as to the deterioration of our water quality.

Let us know you are interested in our Three Week Kitchens and One Week Baths and our representative will schedule your initial interview. Then you’ll embark on your remodel with a free, in-home, consultation. This initial meeting will provide you with all the information you need to get started with your Project Coordinator.

Once you move forward, your remodel includes the removal of everything in your old kitchen or bath, and we replace it with all new cabinets, fixtures, lighting, countertops, flooring, and all of the other details that will make your kitchen or bath a fantastic upgrade to your home. Before any products or materials are ordered, our Design Specialists will sit down with you to review your order. Every item on the order, each with a photo, will be discussed with you for your verification. Only once you have signed off on the order will Three Week Kitchens and One Week Baths move forward with your remodel. This ensures that you get exactly what you want. In order for the actual remodel to all of the upfront work must be completed before actual construction begins. The preliminary work that occurs before we step foot into your home encompasses all planning, ordering, and checking and re-checking of products. This preparatory planning and work allows us to be able to complete your kitchen or bath within our timeframes.

We work with you upfront to make sure you are happy with your selections. Before any orders are actually submitted, you confirm, for a second time, all selections. This process lessens the need or desire for changes. Don’t forget, we want you to love your new kitchen or bath. We do everything we can, ahead of time, to ensure you do. As products for your remodel are received, our Design Specialist will review each of them to ensure they are correct and free from defects. Once everything has arrived, all products are moved into our portable storage and delivered to your home before any construction starts, and once the storage unit is opened, your new kitchen or bath will begin to take shape. Three Week Kitchens and One Week Baths is will obtain all the permits necessary for the remodel. Our goal is to make this as convenient and simple for you as possible. Clients often wonder if quality is sacrificed because the work is completed so quickly, but do not worry- we believe the processes we have created ensures a high quality result, and to back that up, we offer a one-year warranty on our work. We specialize only in high quality, semi custom, designer kitchen and bath remodels and your satisfaction is our number one priority. Our installation team specializes in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, and their experience guarantees a uniform, high quality three or one week result. Three Week Kitchens and One Week Baths Project Coordinator meets with you post-remodel to confirm all your needs have been met, that you are totally satisfied with your kitchen or bathroom, and that our service has exceeded your expectations.

Our selection of materials from which you can choose is very large, so you can be sure to find something that suits your tastes and price range, without feeling like you’ve sacrificed choice.

Our goal is to provide timeless sophistication at every price point, any style. For your cabinetry, you will be able to choose from several door styles and finishes, ranging from traditional or transitional to soft modern. There is also a broad selection of tile and natural stone to choose from. Once again, selections vary in styles and colors. In addition, choosing from our selection of accent pieces allows you to create big impact with small changes and little cost. We have worked with our suppliers to determine which fixtures and lighting are most in demand and have lasting quality and are easy to care for. We have chosen preeminent manufacturers offering products in all price ranges. Manufacturers include: Delta, Jacuzzi, Kohler, Moen, American Standard, just to name a few. In order for Three Week Kitchens and One Week Baths to offer our warranty and to guarantee quality we request that you choose from our product offerings. We only carry high-quality, name brands for all of our appliances, lighting, plumbing fixtures; surfacing materials, etc. You will find anything you want or need at Three Week Kitchens and One Week Baths. We would never put our reputation at risk by using inferior materials. Complete satisfaction with your kitchen and bath is our goal. Because we guarantee our work and supply a warranty, we want everything to be problem free. These design choices are made with your Project Coordinator during in-home consultations. We do not have a showroom because we find it more beneficial for us and convenient for you to do our consultations in your home rather than to have you come into a showroom. Also, showrooms are expensive to maintain and would therefore result in costing our clients more for our services. Because we feel that our method of doing in-home consultations is more helpful and efficient, we have chosen not to have a showroom, however please feel free to visit our Design Studios at any time, this is where your kitchen specialists work to create your architectural plans and process your orders. Please call in advance as we are often out on client appointments.

Often more specific questions arise, like if it is possible for a remodel in a condo with shared wall plumbing, do we move plumbing, and can water damage be fixed during this process? These are questions that can be addressed by your Project Coordinator, as all situations are unique. Clients often wonder if we can remodel around their brand new appliances or fixtures, which is another decision you will be able to make with a Project Coordinator.

Another commonly asked question is if Three Week Kitchens and One Week Baths can install your recently purchased fixtures and materials for you. Unfortunately, we cannot. The responsibility for obtaining materials and ensuring their quality and completeness needs to lie with us in order for us to guarantee the work we complete. We want to be responsible for purchasing the correct products, color matching, and ordering fittings that work together. If we cannot control the entire process, we cannot guarantee that the job will be completed within our time frames and quality standards. With our thousands of possible combinations of items, we know you will find products that you love.

We are also often asked if we can add rooms to your home. Three Week Kitchens and One Week Baths does not do room additions. If you need to add space for your remodel, we advise that you meet with us to see what the space requirements for the kitchen or bath you desire will be. Once that is determined, you can work with us and our builder partners. While your addition is underway, we can do our preliminary work and be ready to install your new kitchen or bath at the completion of your addition. We can, however, extend your space by moving both structural and non-structural walls and non-bearing walls as well as other small changes to the existing plans, which is something you can discuss further with your Design Specialist.

The most important questions for many clients involve cost.

There are many variables that determine the cost like room size, overall layout, and product selections. Kitchen remodels can be as little as $8,000 and baths start around $3000. Powder rooms can be completed for even less. If you have more than one room that needs remodeling, ask our Design Specialists about multi-room discounts. Often these rooms can be completed in the same three week/one week period, usually we can remodel a kitchen and a bath in three weeks or two bathrooms in just one week but, there may be some restrictions.

Before materials can be ordered, we will require a deposit, but final payment is not due until the project is 100% complete. Your project can be started with a small down payment. The balance can be paid by credit card. Three Week Kitchens and One Week Baths does not charge hourly for labor. Your entire cost is covered in the final contract price. At Three Week Kitchens and One Week Baths, we give you a firm price for your project at the start.
